
Guidelines for Clients and Pets
Appointments
Although we do welcome walk-in appointments, to save time and stress, we recommend that you make an appointment in advance. Emergencies of course will be prioritized over routine office visits.
Scheduled appointments will be prioritized over walk-ins. To prevent a long wait time, please call in advance and create an appointment that fits into your schedule at your convenience.
If you suspect that your pet has a disease which may be contagious, such as kennel cough, please let us know in advance so we can make special accommodations for your pet on arrival and prevent the spread of disease.
SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS: We require a $50 deposit to make an appointment with a doctor on Saturday mornings. We are open from 8am to Noon on Saturdays and this very limited number of doctor appointments requires this structure. We require 24 HR cancelation notice to credit the deposit.
For example: A 9am Saturday appointment must be canceled by 9am on Friday to receive a deposit credit.

Payment Policy
To provide the most high-quality and leading-edge veterinary technologies, we must ask that payments are made in full at the time of the appointment. We do not accept payment plans, and we cannot hold checks.
We would be happy to give you an estimate for services in advance of the appointment.
For payment, we accept cash, most cards, and CareCredit®.
Prescriptions
Our relationship is with you and your pet and we offer these three ways to get your pet the medications and/or prescription food it needs.
- In Office: Most of the medications and food our doctors prescribe for your pet we can fill for you the same day during your appointment.
- Written Scripts: Our doctors and staff will provide a written script for any recommended food or medication for your pet at the time of your appointment. You may take the signed, written script to any physical or online pharmacy you choose.
- Online Pharmacy: If you wish to have a regular food or medication delivered to you, we have partnered with one online pharmacy managed by the same company we buy our drugs from for in-house use. In this way, we can have confidence that the products your pet receives are the real item. And this online provider offers similar pricing to other vendors.
We cannot approve emailed or faxed script requests from any other vendor. You may take the written script we provide to you to any vendor.
