At our Carrollton, Texas location, our dedicated pet boarding team will treat your pets with the same love and care as if they were our own while you’re away. We ensure daily exercise and interaction, and our staff is fully trained to provide special care, including administering medication or catering to specific dietary needs.

Additionally, we offer a tranquil and separate boarding area exclusively for our cat guests, providing a calm and quiet environment to help them feel more at ease.

Dog Boarding
Dogs who check in to our Pet Hotel enjoy two daily feedings (or owner’s instructions) and three daily walks (2 walks on Sunday). In their climate-controlled accommodations, we will provide them with a warm blanket to keep them
feeling cozy and safe.
We have a variety of rooms for dogs which you can select from based on their size and needs:
Condos
The Condos for dogs have a glass front that faces the outside yard.
- Size: 4’5” W x 4’7” D
- Accommodates almost any size canine. Condos can accommodate an additional pet for a separate fee.
- $48.50 per night; Additional pet in Condo $38.50.
Suites
The Suites for dogs have a glass door that faces the interior of the facility.
- Size 3ft. wide x 4ft. 10in. deep.
- Still large enough for most canines up to about 75 lbs
- $43.50 per night
- Additional pet in Suite $34.50
Jr. Suite
The Jr. Suite has a glass front door and is great for small dogs up to about 45
lbs.
- Size: 3ft wide x 3 ft deep.
- $40.50 per night
Cat Boarding
Because we know your cats are special, we have provided you with two options to choose from based on their personality:
Cat Condo:
The Cat Condo is a spacious, but cozy space for your feline friend. The glass front of the condo faces our reception area, so there is plenty of activity and interest for your cat.

Cat Cubby:
Traditional cage boarding

Notes
All dogs must be current on vaccines with a negative fecal and heartworm test in the last year.
All felines must be current on vaccines with a negative fecal test in the last year.
Medication Fee:
$9.25 – Administer medication per day fee applies for all pets requiring daily medications.
Required Vaccinations
When choosing a pet boarding facility, one crucial consideration is the vaccination requirements. A reputable establishment will insist that all pets have up-to-date vaccinations to ensure the well-being and safety of all animals under their care. Below is a list of the essential vaccinations your pet must have before they can stay at our facility. To prevent the spread of parasites, all pets must be free of internal and external parasites. If any pets are found to have parasites while boarding, they will be promptly treated at the owner’s expense. If your pet is due for a certain vaccination, we are happy to administer it before their check-in date.
Dogs:
- Rabies
- DHPP
- Bordetella (annually)
- Intestinal parasite screening (annually)
- Negative Heartworm test (annually)
Cats:
- Rabies
- FVRCP
- Intestinal parasite screening (annually)
What to Bring & Not to Bring
- We kindly request that you refrain from bringing food bowls, toys, and bedding from home. Our boarding facility provides these items to ensure your pet’s comfort, and we aim to prevent any accidental loss of your pet’s belongings.
- As part of our pet boarding services, we provide dry Hills Science Diet Sensitive Stomach and Skin dog and cat food at no additional cost. If you would like your pet to have their normal pet food during the stay with us, please bring enough to last the length of their stay and provide your feeding instructions.
- Should your pet be taking any medication, kindly bring enough for the duration of your pet’s stay. Please be aware that there is a medication fee applicable for this service.
