*Appointment Policy
 Walk-in clients are welcome, but appointments are preferred. Emergencies always take precedence over routine visits but we will try to keep you updated as to the status of your appointment.

*Patient Check-in Policy
 For your protection and others, all dogs must be on a leash (locked if retractable) and cats must be in a carrier or on a leash while in the waiting areas.

*Payment Policy
 All Creatures Pet Care Center requires full payment at the time services are rendered. We do not accept payment plans. We do not accept post dated or hold checks.

Our organization receives no support from charitable organizations or the government. We must receive prompt payment for our services and products so that we can maintain the well staffed and equipped practice that our patients deserve. 

We do offer a payment credit service called CareCredit (www.carecredit.com) to help obtain financing for larger medical bills (over $300). With CareCredit you can finance 100% of your pet's treatment with no up front costs, no interest (on select plans), no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties. You can apply online or in our office while you wait for an immediate response.
